2. Type in and Search for settings to open the Settings window.
3. In Settings window, click on Personalization option.
4. On the right side of window, click on Colors option.
5. Now, in Colors window, in Choose your mode settings, select the Custom option.
6. Now, in Choose your default Windows mode settings, select the Dark option.
7. Then Turn on or enable the Show accent color on Start and taskbar option.
8. Now, in Accent color settings select the Manual option.
9. Once Manual option is selected, choose the accent color for the Start Menu and Taskbar.
