jQuery hover() method executes two different functions, one on mouse over event and the other on mouse out event.
In this example hover() method is used to trigger the jQuery css() method.
jQuery css() method
jQuery css() method sets or returns the one or more CSS styling properties of the HTML elements.
In this example css() method is used to change background color of tag.
