1. First search and open Settings app on your PC.
2. On Left-side, click on Time & language.
3. Now on Right-side, click on Typing.
4. Then Click Advanced keyboard settings.
5. Now in Advanced keyboard settings click on Input language hot keys option.
6. Now in "To turn off Caps Lock" section, select "Press the SHIFT key".
7. Click Apply and then click OK.
8. That's it now you can use Shift Key to Turn Off Caps Lock.
